Hebrew College is moving to Campus Cafe

On July 1, 2019, Hebrew College’s will transition from using Jenzabar to Campus Café as our Student Information System (SIS).  Here's what you can expect as a result of the transition to Campus Cafe:

Applications for Admission – Prospective students will still apply for admission from links found at Hebrew College’s website: https://hebrewcollege.edu/apply-now/.  After July 1, 2019, the information submitted by applicants will be entered into Campus Café and not into Jenzabar.

Course Registration – After July 1, 2019, students will not be able to register for summer term or fall semester classes using MyHC.  Instead, you will be asked to follow the instructions found after you log in at https://café.hebrewcollege.edu

Checking Your Tuition Balance – After July 1, 2019, students will not be able to check their tuition balance using MyHC.  Instead, you will be invited to follow the instructions found after you log in at https://café.hebrewcollege.edu

Paying Your Tuition Balance – After July 1, 2019, students will not be able to make any payments towards their tuition balance using MyHC.  Instead, you will be invited to follow the instructions found after you log in at https://café.hebrewcollege.edu

Requests for Transcripts – After July 1, 2019, students will not be able to request transcripts using MyHC.  Instead, you will be invited to follow the instructions found after you log in at https://café.hebrewcollege.edu

Although we believe that the instructions you will find, after you log in at https://café.hebrewcollege.edu, will be pretty straight-forward, we are planning to host several database training sessions for students this September.  Stay tuned for details for the time, place and/or login information for these trainings.

Please note that Campus Café will not be the tool through which you communicate with your faculty or advisors.  You will still be using email and/or our Schoology learning management system (LMS) for this communication.

Lastly, we’d like to confirm that MyHC will no longer be functioning as of Friday, June 28th.  If there are transactions you’d like to complete or requests you’d like to submit before July 1st, please do so by Wednesday or Thursday, June 26th or 27th

If you have questions about these developing plans, please contact one of us.
